Q: How do you ensure your translation quality?

A: First, our professional translators are all bilingual or native speakers, with at least 2 years of translation experience.

    Second, we have strict quality control measures in our work. From initial termbase making, selection of qualified translator, to proof reading by special experts, our translation manager supervises the whole process.

Q: How long do I need to wait for my translation?

A: For every individual customer, we can translate about 3000-4000 words per day. If you need premium service, we only charge an extra 10-30% fee.

Q: Do you take confidentiality into consideration?
